Book Appointment

If you have pre-existing permanent cosmetics, you must sent picture to urbanikedyta5@gmail.com.

Before booking will be analyze if it can be worked over/corrected.

$100 deposit will be charged to your card one an appointment is booked to secure all permanent cosmetic services which goes toward your service.

Deposit are non-refundable, but are transferable as long as you reschedule within 48 hours advance notice.

Deposit can only be transferred to same service , cannot be transferred to different service.

Any cancellation/rescheduling must be an advance 48 hour notice, otherwise your deposit will be voided.

The remaining balance is due at your appointment.

Payment are Cash Zelle Credit Cards (NO CHECKS).

Please be on time, you get 15 minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be voided, must place new deposit to reschedule.

No call, no shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service. NO EXCEPTIONS!
